Nine to five has never been in Ron Masiello’s vocabulary. Ron is an extremely diligent worker who will go to all ends for his clients, family and friends. Ron has the ability to create successful, sound running companies out of chaos. He has worked extensively with Restaurants and Car Dealerships throughout his career, making him an expert in financing and managing companies within these industries. Helping others is what Ron does best…and he does it extraordinarily well! Ron’s devotion to his work has made him successful in what he does, which also makes his clients very successful.

Ron is personally committed to succeed both in business and in personal endeavors. Since it’s inception, Ron has played a pivotal role as a member of the board of directors for Why Me, Inc., a Worcester based charitable organization that provides emotional and financial support to children with cancer and their families. No matter how busy Ron gets at work, he always finds time for the children and families of Why Me. While combining his passion for sports and his dedication to helping others, Ron organizes an annual golf tournament to raise money for Why Me. His efforts have single handedly raised thousands of dollars throughout the event's twelve-year history.

Ron carries that same level of dedication to his business life. In reflecting the firm philosophy, Ron does more than provide his clients with compliance-oriented services. Based on over twenty five years of management advisory services, Ron is able to provide small and medium sized businesses with a special set of management services that would help each business operate more effectively and efficiently. Being an integral part of their growth and success is among his greatest rewards.

A member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants, Ron was listed among the Who’s Who Among American College’s and Universities. Ron is a graduate of Nichols College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
