Tax Season Incentive Program that includes a Trip to Disney
We developed an incentive program that we implement every tax season. Each month team members win cash and other prizes and at the end of tax season we have a drawing and 2 team members win a trip to Florida including airfare and some spending cash.

S&G Awesome Service University
Three to four times a year all offices are closed for nothing other than Service Training. At these trainings, we constantly raise the bar for the service being provided.
