Shepherd & Goldstein was a proud Silver Sponsor for the Women's Initiative Conference held June 13-14 at Framingham State College. The focus of the conference was to awaken leadership abilities, become aware of leadership opportunities, and network with women in the Metrowest area. This 2 day conference included keynote speakers, leadership development workshops, and great networking opportunities. Shepherd & Goldstein's Melissa Discolo, Team Accountant who works in the Framingham office and assited in developing and supporting this comittee, felt inspired and motivated when she left. "It personally made me feel like I was better able to harness the leadership skills that I didn't really know I had."
