Terence Shepherd, Managing Partner of Shepherd & Goldstein and Principal ROCG Boston, Carl J. Goldstein, CPA Partner and Curtis A. Feldman, CPA, Partner of Shepherd & Goldstein, LLP, recenlty spoke at the Westin Hotel in Waltham, MA. The presentation "Business Planning Stategies for Growth and Transition", focused on business owners and their transition to selling their business. The keynote speaker, Mr. Shepherd, facinated the audience with speaking in depth about topics such as grooming for sale and family transfer.  Mr. Goldstein spoke about business value and value drivers, while Mr. Feldman presented vision, objectives, & strategies.
