Cap on Vehicle Depreciation Raised

For vehicles placed in service in 2009, the cap on the first year's depreciation has been raised.  For passenger vehicles, the cap is now at $10,960, an increase from $2,960 in 2008.  For light trucks and vans, the cap has increased to $11,160 from $3,160 in 2008.
